Facilitate and support the North American unit in designing and implementing key projects related to the implementation and execution of the commercial strategy. Its focus is to identify, propose, and implement the best methods, processes, and tools linked to each business's go-to-market, the implementation of the Tigre Way of Selling, the standardization of the Tigre Commercial Policy, and the commercial planning and execution processes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Act in the design and implementation of the Go-To-Market for each business acting on the pillars of Foundation, Customer Vision, Segmentation, Value Proposition, and Service Model, ensuring that the Tigre framework is implemented
  • Acting in the design and implementation of the Tigre Way of Selling standardizing the process of training and performance of the sales force and in the deployment of this through coaching leaders
  • Define together with the areas of the Center of Excellence and with the units the standard Tigre sales model, acting on its standardization and support tools, as well as establishing processes for monitoring and controlling this execution
  • Locally adapt sales ritual models, working together with the commercial team to establish a standard sales team procedure that is appropriate to the business needs and local culture
  • Know and be able to review the commercial policies of each unit, in line with the Corporate Policy, through a structured analysis of the pricing practice, the benefits policy, and the Go-to-Market model.
  • Act in the indirect leadership of projects on the fronts of the area, as well as directing the units and commercial managers collaboratively and constructively. To exert indirect influence on the transformation and standardization of these processes, as well as to monitor their execution over time
  • Create and monitor a sales management model through indicators that can be used at different hierarchical levels in the company. Education requirement:


Jr: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics, or International Business.
